The interactive 360° panoramic photo shows what remains of the once impressive mass of dead ice at the foot of the Tiefengletscher. There is still a short tunnel through which the meltwater from the deep glacier flows. Where there was still a lot of dead ice 1-2 years ago, there is now an alluvial plain and a delta. The proglacial lake has enlarged accordingly.
