Description:The aerial photo shows the Tiefen glacier, the massive dead ice cone, the (probably) shallow proglacial lake and the forefield with the alluvial plain.
The Tiefen glacier reaches to the foot of the Galenstock (3586m above sea level).
On the panorama photo the two collapse structures in the dead ice cone can be seen to some extent.
