Description:
The interactive panorama photo (aerial view) shows the end of the glacier and the forefield of the Unteraar glacier as well as the still impressive ice block (dead ice). The ice block lost contact with the rapidly melting glacier in the summer of 2017. Since then it has lost massive volume.
